A vibrant monthly celebration of Acoustic, Folk, and Americana music, hosted by New World Brewery and proudly presented by the Will McLean Foundation and WMNF Radio.
Todd Murphy, a seasoned Singer/Songwriter and Guitarist from Plant City, and has been part of the Tampa Bay music scene for over 16 years. Known for his solo work as well as his role as the frontman for the indie folk/rock band American Song Box, Murphy’s career is marked by a rich tapestry of musical exploration and emotional depth. His recent return to the stage and studio with a fresh catalog of songs promises to reinvigorate his already impressive discography.
His musical journey began with his self-titled debut album in 2007. Since then, he has expanded his discography with five additional albums, each showcasing his evolution as an artist. His music, characterized by its diverse influences and genres, reflects a broad range of styles and emotions. Murphy’s ability to adapt and innovate within various musical frameworks is evident across his work, with each album presenting a new facet of his artistry.
